Pretraing-Retraining for enhancer prediction

  • All codes are included in 'main_in_one.py'.

  • Our pre-trained model is saved as 'models/model_pretrained_0.h5'

  • Training data are splited in 'data' directory for uploading with head 'enh_p4653'.

  • Use function 'joint_p4653' to concatnate training data as one file.

  • An example for getting a new pre-trained model, is 'gen_p4653_model'.

  • An example for retraining is 'retraining_on_vista'.
