Overview

This package contains annotations for all the shots in episodes 2 to 6 of the 5th season the TV show 'Buffy the vampire slayer'.

A pose class is characterized by a distinctive spatial configuration of the body parts. For example, persons in the 'hips' pose have the hands on their hips, so that their arms stretch out in a typical 'diamond' shape.

Pose classes are independent of gender, clothing, and other characteristic of a person. Only the spatial configuration of the body parts matters.

This dataset is useful for testing pose retrieval systems, such as [1].
